I am getting the error 'no internet connection detected' when attempting to request a license key.

When trying to request a license key, after the installation of Visual Expert 7, you get a pop-up window telling you that no internet connection was detected follow the steps below:

  1. You will need to ask for a key manually
    1. Go to Help > Registration > Request Key Manually
    2. Send an email to support@visual-expert.com containing:
      1. The Computer ID and the Repository ID found in Step 2 of Request Key Manually 
      2. Whether or not you are able to access: http://pacsservice.novalys.net/checkinternet.txt
      3. The log that is located in either  C:\Users<user>\AppData\Local\Temp or C:\Programdata\Novalys\PACS\Runtime\InternetStatus.Log - it will help us determine where the detection failed. 

We will generate your key as soon as we get the request.
